The Role

• You will perform a wide variety of beauty therapy treatments and spa treatments with a focus on high performance facial treatments, massage therapy and spa rituals

• Create an atmosphere that makes our guests feel comfortable and welcome

• Sell treatments to potential clients and convert enquiries into treatment bookings, upsell treatments where possible and follow up with retail products after treatments

• Ensure rooms and equipment are well maintained and well presented

• Maintain up to date knowledge on current products and treatments available and be able to make recommendations to clients, that meet their needs

• Availability to work weekdays and weekends to meet guest booking requests

• Calm nature that will enhance the relaxation and rejuvenation of your guests

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to guest needs and make recommendations based on these needs

• Immaculate presentation and grooming

• Outstanding attention to detail and client care

• Qualifications: Diploma of Beauty Therapy is desirable

Your Qualities:

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist with a focus on relaxation massage.

• A genuine passion for customer service with the ability to connect with people

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• A high level of personal presentation and grooming

• Available 3-4 days 

• You can work autonomously as well as within a team

• Can do attitude
