We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) to join our Older Persons Community Mental Health Team. You will work collaboratively with managers and senior clinicians to uphold safe, compassionate and evidence-based care, while ensuring that the needs of consumers, families and carers remain at the centre of all decision‑making. Within the Older Persons Community Mental Health Team, the CNS2 provides expert clinical consultation, guidance and leadership to team members. You will contribute to coordinated, holistic care for older adults with complex mental health needs, using your specialist knowledge to oversee clinical assessment, care planning and ongoing support.
