What’s the Role?
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our growing team! You’ll be the driving force behind life-changing outcomes, working 1:1 with clients to support their recovery and return to work.
✨ Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
Empowering clients through tailored Rehabilitation Case Management
Conducting Functional & Worksite Assessments
Conducting ADL Assessments, Job Task Analysis' and Ergonomic Assessments
Collaborating with employers and health professionals to create positive outcomes
📍 Choose Your Base: Sutherland, Blacktown, Campbelltown or CBD
What You Bring:
AHPRA Registration (OT or Physio) or ESSA Accreditation (EP)
A valid Australian Driver’s License
Top-notch communication skills and a knack for time management
