About EatFirst
EatFirst is Australia's leading corporate catering marketplace. We've been feeding Australia's biggest offices for 25 years and we're not slowing down. We're part of Berlin-based B2B Food Group, operating across 8 countries globally.
About The Role
We're looking for an experienced barista to own the coffee experience at one of North Sydney's most impressive corporate offices. You'll be running the onsite cafe end to end, setting the standard for quality and creating a space people actually want to come to every morning.
You'll have support from hospitality assistants during peak periods, but this role is yours to own. You'll be working autonomously day to day, so we need someone who takes initiative and sets the bar without being told to.
7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. No weekends, no late nights.
Your day will look like:
Opening, running, and closing the cafe each day
Delivering consistent, high quality coffee at volume during the morning rush
Keeping the cafe clean, stocked, and presented to a high standard at all times
Managing your weekly orders and stock levels independently
Building genuine rapport with the people you serve every day
About You
You're a skilled barista who takes ownership. You know how to run a busy service solo, keep quality consistent under pressure, and create an experience that makes people come back.
You'll bring:
Proven barista experience in a cafe, hotel, or high-volume environment
Confidence managing volume independently
A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A warm, professional manner that fits a corporate environment
Food Handlers Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
If you're ready to trade unpredictable hospitality hours for a role with real autonomy and consistent hours, this is it!
