We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist based at Nesuto Pennant Hills - 18 hours guaranteed, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts at our other Nesuto locations or with our housekeeping team. We need someone able to work independently and flexibly.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Staying onsite to manage any call-outs after hours from guests as required, 2 nights per week (usually Tuesday and Wednesday OR Wednesday and Thursday)

• Providing all guests and key stakeholders with exceptional customer service

• General front desk duties including checking guests in/out, making reservations, answering enquiries

• Assisting our housekeeping and maintenance teams along with basic maintenance as required.

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate must have previous experience in a hotel front desk environment. Qualifications in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded. In addition, we value:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organised with a high attention to detail and accuracy

• Positive work attitude and able to work in a small team environment

• Ability to work unsupervised

• Computer skills

• A hands on approach and 'CAN DO' attitude

• Critical thinking and ‘thinking outside the box'

• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions and shift balancing
