About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their daily living activities while ensuring their comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including showering, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

• Support residents with mobility and transfers.

• Assist with meal service and feeding where required.

• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate documentation and care records.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

• Promote residents' independence, dignity, and choice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.

• Previous experience in aged care, disability, or community care (preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Shift Options:
• Position 1: Monday to Friday – AM Shifts
• Position 2: Monday to Friday – PM Shifts

Availability

Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday across AM and PM shifts.

Visa Requirements

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia with no work-hour restrictions.
