* willingness to learn and demonstrate the ability to follow directions clearly

* ability to work under pressure at a consistently fast pace in a very busy environment- this is a busy kitchen so only apply if you can handle the pressure

* minimum 1 year experience in commercial kitchen in similar position

* ability to work a MINIMUM of 4 shifts per week- a mix of day and night shifts up to 10.30pm (do not apply if you can not work till 10.30pm if need be)

* must be physically fit, some heavy lifting involved

* tasks include but not limited to, washing dishes and using commercial dish washer, assisting cooks, basic use of fryer and grill, organising recycling and rubbish removal, mopping floors, cleaning commercial kitchen equipment
