Join Our Team at Simon’s Cafe – Barista / All-Rounder (Full-Time) Location: Windsor, NSW Pay Rate: $27.00 – $45.00 per hour Hours: Full-Time – 38 hours/week

Simon’s Cafe is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista / All-Rounder to join our busy café in Windsor. If you're passionate about coffee, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and can thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:

• Full-time position (38 hours per week)

• Must be available for a rotating roster (7 days, 7 am – 3 pm)

• At least 1 year of relevant café or barista experience required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista and café all-rounder

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Leadership skills are highly regarded

• Able to handle pressure during busy times

• Must be available to work weekends

• Valid driver's licence and own transport
