We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Hotel Supervisor to join our growing hospitality team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has strong leadership skills, operational hotel experience, and solid knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations and team performance

• Coordinate front office and housekeeping activities

• Maintain high guest service standards and resolve issues professionally

• Assist with staff training, rostering, and operational planning

• Ensure smooth operation of Opera Cloud PMS and hotel systems

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel supervisory or leadership role

• Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and professional attitude

• Flexible availability, including weekends if required

• Valid Australian work rights
