• Chef (Lebanese Cuisine Preferred)

• Cook (Experience in Charcoal Chicken / Shawarma is highly regarded)

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Lebanese dishes including shawarma, charcoal chicken, and sides

• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation

📋 Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience

• Experience in Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine (preferred)

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

• Strong work ethic, reliable, and team player

• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
