The Role

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will be trained across all areas of our back-of-house operations.

Food Prep: Preparing our signature seafood and ingredients.
The Line: Learning and executing our secret franchise recipes to perfection.
BOH Support: Keeping the kitchen running smoothly, including cleaning and dishwashing when needed.
Consistency: Following SOPs to ensure every "Whole Shabang" bag is perfect.
