We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Kitchen Supervisor to join a modern, state-of-the-art aged care home in Gordon. This is a permanent Monday to Friday role offering stability, leadership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives.

Working in a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen, you will lead a small team to deliver nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs, ensuring compliance with aged care standards including the IDDSI framework.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations in an aged care setting

• Prepare and deliver meals aligned with dietary requirements

• Ensure compliance with IDDSI texture-modified standards

• Manage stock ordering and inventory control

• Develop staff rosters and manage kitchen workflow

• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

• Lead, supervise, and support kitchen staff

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)

• Experience in aged care or healthcare kitchen environments

• Strong stock control and inventory management experience

• Ability to roster and supervise staff effectively

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for delivering high-quality meals to elderly residents

• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• COVID-19 vaccination compliance

• Full Australian working rights
