This role is ideal for a proven biller or someone with previous team leadership/management experience looking to return to or build on a high-performing desk with genuine autonomy and support.

• Own and grow a profitable recruitment desk within Corporate & Professional Services
• Partner with established clients across:
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Business Support
  • Technical & Specialist markets
  • Executive
• Drive business development, client strategy, and revenue growth
• Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences
• Lead by example, with the opportunity to mentor and step into leadership
