The Role:
We are looking for Care Service Employees to work casual shifts at our South Coogee facility.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting residents with personal care including showering
Supporting residents with meals
Contributing to care planning with registered staff
Documenting care and services provided to residents
Engaging residents in meaningful activities
Requirements
Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
Minimum 6 months experience working in an Aged Care Facility
Full time work rights - NO STUDENT VISA
Ability to set and maintain high standards in the provision of quality care and support services
Ability to provide quality care and support to frail aged people
Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Providers.
