At AKD, safety is a part of who we are. As a Process Employee, you’ll play a hands‑on role in our manufacturing team, helping produce high‑quality, sustainable timber products that support homes and communities across the country.

What you’ll be doing

  • Championing Workplace Health and Safety in everything you do

  • Operating a variety of fixed machinery as part of our modern manufacturing process

  • Keeping equipment running smoothly by maintaining operational standards

  • Handling timber and supporting production flow

  • Carrying out quality control checks to ensure our products meet AKD’s high standards
