On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experienced Recruitment Consultant. The role will be responsible for 360 recruitment process from start to finish. The daily duties and responsibilities include:

• Working as a 360-recruitment consultant, being responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
• Preparing and processing applications, verification of details, reference checking and managing client interviewing process.
• Appraisal of suitability for current live positions.
• Account managing and developing new client relationship.
• Managing induction and onboarding of staff and provide information on the condition of service, pay rates, and interpreting relevant Fair

Work legislations awards for work conditions and salaries

• Updating the employers and jobseekers on job vacancies
• Supporting the managing director and branches with any ad hoc duties where appropriate.

Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute. Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of Industry experience as a 360-degree recruitment consultant
• Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong decision-making skills
• People orientated
