Mission Critical Recruitment are the leading recruiting agency in the data centre industry in the Australian and Asia Pacific markets.

With offices in Sydney, Singapore and the Philippines, although still a small business, we punch considerably above our weight working as a key recruiting advisor to many of the industry top names.

We are looking to expand our team here in Sydney as we look to help our clients to meet the extraordinary demand for talent to design, build and operate some of the biggest data centres in the World right here in Australia.

We are happy to consider candidates at any level of seniority as long as you have over 2 years of like for like experience

Key Requirements

• Experience of having filled a minimum of 6 data centre related positions in the last 12 months (this could be construction, MEP Engineering, ICT or FM)
• You must be a relationship builder with a strong moral compass. Our success comes from our transparent nature with our clients.
• You must have a strong sense of self and be keen to develop a personal brand
• If you are savvy with AI tools, this would be a massive advantage
• We do have a flexible working policy but we are looking for Recruiters who want to spend time in the office as we continue to build a strong team culture
• We will offer sponsorship for an SID (482) Visa to suitably experienced recruiters' if you are eligible for a Working Holiday Visa
