Are you highly organised, a great communicator, and someone with loads of common sense? We're looking for a friendly and reliable Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Silverwater. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and is passionate about helping people into the right roles.
We're a dynamic business that recruits for a wide range of roles across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our hiring processes in our office-based team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Writing and posting job ads across multiple platforms
Screening incoming resumes and shortlisting candidates
Conducting initial video screenings with applicants
Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Coordinating recruitment activities across different states and New Zealand
Maintaining accurate records and staying on top of interview logistics
We're not after a mountain of HR experience – we're after someone with strong organisation, excellent communication skills, and a whole lot of practical thinking.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Excellent verbal communication – clear, friendly and confident on the phone
Strong organisational skills – you know how to manage calendars, tasks and priorities
Common sense and initiative – you're proactive, sensible and calm under pressure
High-Energy, fast paced – you thrive on working in a fast paced environment and thrive on connecting the right people with job opportunities.
Previous recruitment experience is essential and a track record of recruitment agency experience will be highly regarded.
