An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen to join our highly collaborative national P&D team as a Human Resources Manager in our Sydney office.
This is a key role in the People & Development team and is responsible for the delivery of best practice results in the retention, engagement and performance of our people in line with our business principles and objectives. The role will work closely with and support business leaders across the full suite of HR activities, in a dynamic, fast moving and high performing environment. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in HR business partnering ideally with a minimum of 5 years Senior HR generalist experience gained within a professional or financial services firm or large corporate. This role would be well suited to a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner looking to step into a Manager role. You will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to manage relationships with senior business leaders as well as commercial awareness and understanding of how to align HR initiatives with business strategy, you will also have excellent relationship-building skills and a high level of attention to detail.
