Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week) role as a Contract AdministratorSBDC Testing is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the commercial and administrative functions of our growing concrete testing operations. This role is responsible for managing contracts and variations, liaising with project stakeholders, overseeing contractor work, and ensuring compliance across our testing engagements with builders, suppliers and engineers.As our project workload and client base continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator to manage the contractual and administrative side of our testing services. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting our operations across New South Wales, working closely with our technical and operations teams to ensure every engagement is properly documented, compliant, and delivered to the standard our clients expect.<h1>&nbsp;</h1> <h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience</li><li>Ongoing professional development and training opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li><li>Career progression opportunities within a growing business</li><li>Standard full-time hours with a stable, permanent position</li></ul> <h3>Task & responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services</li><li>Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected</li><li>Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided</li><li>Working with project managers, builders, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met</li><li>Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and assisting in implementing decisions</li><li>Overseeing work undertaken by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders</li><li>Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities</li><li>Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes</li></ul> <h3>Qualification & experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in contract administration, construction administration, or a similar role</li><li>Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, construction management, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience)</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to liaise effectively with contractors, project stakeholders, and senior management</li><li>Sound understanding of contract documentation and compliance requirements</li></ul>
