If you have a proven track record in retail management and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!&nbsp;The director is looking for someone who can independently handle the management of this location.Position- Retail Store manager&nbsp;Company -NEXGEN ANALYTICS PTY LTD&nbsp;Location- &nbsp; Sans Souci, 2219, Sydney, New South WalesSalary - 76 K to 84KBenefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Opportunity for career growth</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Positive and inclusive work environment</li><li>Free coffee&nbsp;</li></ul>Tasks &amp; responsibilities<ul><li>Leading and motivating a team to ensure customer satisfaction, quality products, and efficient operations at the fuel station</li><li>&nbsp;Controlling day-to-day costs to improve profitability and setting fuel prices in line with market trends and competitor pricing.</li><li>&nbsp;Managing the inventory of fuel, lubricants, and other products; reconciling fuel stock in underground tanks; and ordering fuel as required.</li><li>&nbsp;Monitoring daily sales performance and adjusting staffing levels accordingly.&nbsp;</li><li>Overseeing inventory and ordering of grocery items, drinks, and snacks to ensure the store is consistently well stocked.</li><li>&nbsp;Training new hires in proper food handling, customer service protocols, and cash register operations.</li><li>&nbsp;Handling customer complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.</li><li>&nbsp;Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase store traffic and revenue.</li><li>&nbsp;Maintaining accurate records of employee timecards, payroll, and other administrative tasks; preparing weekly rosters and communicating with management and staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitoring product quality and freshness, ensuring all ingredients are properly stored and handled according to health regulations.</li><li>&nbsp;Taking regular water samples from the well and sending them to the laboratory for testing to detect any fuel leaks from tanks.</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring that the service station operates in compliance with EPA and local council regulations as required in NSW.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Performing regular maintenance checks on equipment, pumps, and facilities, and reporting any issues to management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; experience<ul><li>1-2 years Previous experience in retail management and knowledge of food safety&nbsp;</li><li>Diploma or advance diploma or higher&nbsp;</li></ul>The right candidate will have:<ul><li>Passion and excitement for customer service</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets</li><li>Fast-paced leadership experience with a lead by example approach (willing to get your hands dirty!)</li><li>Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an ever-changing environment</li><li>Strong communication and influencing skills</li></ul>
