At Primo, we’re looking for driven Production Supervisors to lead daily operations, champion safety and quality, and inspire high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all production activities comply with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and hygiene standards
  • Enforce dress standards and oversee GMP/start-up checklist completion
  • Review and sign off on HACCP and QCP documentation, ensuring product quality and compliance
  • Monitor Critical and Quality Control Points and guide corrective actions
  • Conduct RTW interviews and collaborate with the RTW Coordinator
  • Drive WHS compliance and implement audit outcomes
  • Optimise labour allocation to maximise productivity and control costs
  • Complete regular floor walks to reinforce standards and address issues in real time
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate CI reporting
  • Manage weekly stocktakes and ensure accurate inventory reporting
  • Monitor yield performance and implement improvement actions
  • Analyse product giveaway and drive corrective action plans
  • Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to resolve equipment issues
  • Ensure equipment is maintained, stored safely, and operationally ready
  • Maintain housekeeping standards aligned with 5S principles
  • Ensure audit-ready conditions through strong operational discipline
  • Communicate KPIs and performance expectations clearly to the team
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members, building future leaders

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, WHS, HACCP, and quality systems
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence across multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using production data and reporting tools
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
