Production Coordinator/Team Leader - Aluminium Fabrication

$$ on offer based on experience 

Based in Campbelltown, Etched is a leading contractor in the commercial construction space, we specialise in architectural cladding solutions and custom metal works. Our services include but are not limited to aluminium cladding and facades, balustrades, screening, fencing, gates and louvres.  

Etched works alongside many reputable builders to deliver great quality work. 

We are seeking applicants who are confident and motivated individuals and experienced in sign-making, metal work assembly, aluminium fabrication and/or welding.  

With a steady pipeline of works ahead, we are also seeking applicants for multiple roles to join our production team – with both trade qualified and non-qualified opportunities open. 

Qualifications 

  • Relevant Trade Certificate or significant experienced in Carpentry. Sign-making,  Fabricator, Boilermaker, or Welder preferred 

  • A high level of attention to detail, quality, and commitment for continuous improvement. 

  • A team player with a strong commitment to safety. 

  • Experience with aluminium essential 

Skills Required 

  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings 

  • Ability to produce high quality fabrication with accuracy and unsupervised  

  • Ability to cut and process materials and carry out other work processes such as grinding, drilling, using various tools and machinery  

  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment 

  • A positive’ Can Do’ attitude is highly important  

  • Strong communication skills
