With a reputation for quality, service and delivery, they are looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to their growing team.

The Reward
- $90,000 - $120,000 base salary + commission + car

The Role This is a relationship-driven BDM position focused on developing new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships across NSW.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Developing relationships with builders, architects, designers, project managers and corporate clients
- Presenting tailored signage solutions to meet client requirements
- Managing the sales process from prospecting through to project delivery
- Preparing proposals, quotations and tender submissions
- Working closely with internal design, production and installation teams
- Maintaining an active sales pipeline and CRM
- Achieving sales and growth targets
About You We're looking for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys winning business and building lasting client relationships.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Signage industry experience highly regarded
- Exposure to print, visual communications, fit-out, construction products or related industries will also be considered
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A consultative approach to sales
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities
- A proactive and results-focused mindset
