Are you currently selling within signage, print, fit-out, construction products or a related B2B industry and looking for your next challenge?

We're partnering with a well-established signage business that continues to win high-profile projects across retail, commercial, construction and corporate sectors. With a reputation for quality, service and delivery, they are looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to their growing team.
This is an opportunity to join a business with strong production capabilities, an impressive project portfolio and the backing of experienced design, project management and installation teams.

The Reward

  • $90,000 - $120,000 base salary + commission + car

The Role
This is a relationship-driven BDM position focused on developing new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships across NSW.
You will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Developing relationships with builders, architects, designers, project managers and corporate clients
  • Presenting tailored signage solutions to meet client requirements
  • Managing the sales process from prospecting through to project delivery
  • Preparing proposals, quotations and tender submissions
  • Working closely with internal design, production and installation teams
  • Maintaining an active sales pipeline and CRM
  • Achieving sales and growth targets
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys winning business and building lasting client relationships.
You will ideally have:
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Signage industry experience highly regarded
  • Exposure to print, visual communications, fit-out, construction products or related industries will also be considered
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A consultative approach to sales
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities
  • A proactive and results-focused mindset
