Head of Marketing

This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished marketing leader to join a market-leading consumer products business with a rich heritage, strong innovation pipeline and growing international footprint.

We are seeking a strategic Head of Marketing who can elevate brand performance, lead innovation initiatives, drive digital transformation and inspire a high-performing team. This role requires a marketer who can seamlessly connect consumer insights, brand strategy, product innovation and commercial outcomes across both B2B and B2C channels.

Reporting to a senior executive leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the business while influencing stakeholders locally and internationally.

The Opportunity

Marketing sits at the centre of this organisation's growth agenda. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the brand while leading a multi-disciplinary team across brand, digital, creative and customer engagement.

You will champion a consumer-led approach to innovation, ensuring new products and services are grounded in customer needs and market insights. At the same time, you will drive digital excellence across performance marketing, CRM, eCommerce, website optimisation and lead generation to maximise customer acquisition and lifetime value.

This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing long-term brand building with short-term commercial delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen market position and accelerate growth
• Lead the innovation agenda, partnering closely with product and commercial teams to bring consumer-led solutions to market
• Drive digital marketing excellence across performance media, CRM, marketing automation, customer lifecycle programs and digital experience platforms
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and innovation
• Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align marketing activity with broader business objectives
• Leverage consumer, customer and market insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints
• Lead marketing initiatives across both direct-to-consumer and trade channels
• Support international market growth through adaptable and scalable marketing programs

About You

You are a proven marketing leader with a track record of building brands, leading teams and delivering measurable commercial results.
To be successful, you will bring:

• Significant senior marketing leadership experience gained within FMCG, consumer packaged goods (CPG), consumer durables or appliance categories
• Experience marketing through both B2B and B2C channels, with a strong understanding of the unique dynamics of each
• Strong brand strategy credentials and a passion for building distinctive consumer brands
• Demonstrated success leading innovation and new product development initiatives
• Deep understanding of modern digital marketing ecosystems including CRM, marketing automation, performance media, website optimisation and customer journey management
• Exceptional leadership capability with experience developing and inspiring high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate marketing investment into business outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills within complex organisations
