We are now seeking a high-performing Group Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, digital performance, lead generation, and customer experience initiatives across the group.

Based primarily at our Gregory Hills head office, this senior leadership role will work closely with dealership leadership teams, OEM partners, and external agencies to drive measurable commercial outcomes across all locations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on strategic role suited to someone who understands the fast-paced automotive retail environment and knows how to drive enquiry, conversion, and customer retention across multiple brands and dealerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and executing the group-wide marketing strategy across all dealerships and brands
  • Driving digital marketing performance across websites, SEO, SEM, paid social, CRM, and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Managing and optimising lead generation performance to maximise sales opportunities and conversion outcomes
  • Analysing customer feedback, NPS, and customer journey insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Partnering closely with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with dealership objectives
  • Managing OEM marketing relationships and ensuring compliance with brand standards and co-op requirements
  • Leading and developing a multi-site marketing team while fostering a high-performance culture
  • Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on ROI, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the group

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior automotive marketing role within a dealership group or automotive retail environment
  • Strong understanding of automotive lead generation, digital marketing, CRM platforms, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Experience working with OEM marketing programs, standards, and reporting requirements
  • A commercial mindset with a strong focus on performance, ROI, and data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams across multiple locations and brands
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the business
  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (preferred)
