Flexischools is Australia’s #1 school ordering app, helping around 2,300 schools streamline canteen orders, uniform shops, events, and payments. We enable cashless convenience for parents and more efficient operations for schools. We are a profit-for-purpose business, using technology and customer support to improve school communities.

The role

We're looking for a collaborative, highly organised and proactive Coordinator to sit at the intersection of our sales and marketing team, helping us attract new customers (schools, suppliers and parents), nurture leads, and create and coordinate key activity ensuring a consistent brand message. This is a hands-on, varied role, ideal for someone who loves switching between writing compelling copy, managing social media, building email campaigns, and organising and executing our events, all in the same week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate end-to-end production and execution of marketing activity (copy, design, build, send and reporting) across campaigns

  • Manage and maintain the content calendar

  • Manage internal workflows

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure smooth delivery

  • Work closely with the Sales team, ensuring effective support of pipeline and revenue growth, including planning and executing events (trade shows, webinars, customer events)

  • Own our social media presence across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Meta etc.)

What you bring to the team

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or marketing and sales coordination role

  • Highly organised, with strong project management and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience supporting campaigns, events and/or marketing initiatives

  • Comfortable managing social media channels

  • Comfortable with digital tools, including CRM experience – HubSpot experience is an advantage but not essential

  • A natural collaborator who's equally comfortable working independently

  • Analytical enough to report on results and use data to inform decisions

Nice to have

  • Experience with event coordination (in-person and virtual)

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, LinkedIn/META Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, GenAI tools such as Claude, Co-pilot

  • An understanding of SEO, AEO basics
