We are looking for a full time Software Tester to join our team based in Sydney.

 

Annual Salary: $80,001 - $100,000

Job Description:

·        Participate in workshops to provide testing inputs and assess the required effort to understand the requirements, write test cases, execute and document results.

·        Plan and execute functional testing (ST, SIT & UAT) throughout the Project Sprints.

·        Use knowledge of Guidewire to assist in brainstorming user stories.

·        Work with the Business (BA and SMEs) to understand requirements and develop test scenarios for each main process, alternate process and exception process flows.

·        Execute tests and coordinate with Developers accordingly to: Validate that feature are developed as per requirements.

·        Experience or knowledge in Guidewire will be an added advantage.

·        Monitor defects and retest as needed preferred.

·        Communicate test progress, test results and other relevant information.

·        Participate and contribute in scheduled Sprint Review, Retrospective and Planning meetings.
