Sales and Marketing Manager

SUKO Nordic Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to support the continued growth and expansion of the business across the Australian market.

SUKO Nordic Australia is a complementary medicines company specialising in rosehip powder products that support joint health and immune system function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to support business growth

  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships

  • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, healthcare practitioners and key stakeholders

  • Coordinate branding, digital marketing, e-commerce and promotional activities

  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights

  • Lead customer acquisition and business development initiatives

  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings and commercial presentations

  • Support commercial planning, budgeting and growth strategies

  • Coordinate communication and positioning of the company's product portfolio

  • Work closely with international stakeholders to support business objectives and expansion initiatives

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline

  • Demonstrated experience in sales management, marketing, business development or commercial management

  • Scientific qualifications or experience in pharmacy, life sciences, biology, health sciences or a related field will be highly regarded

  • Understanding of health, wellness or complementary medicine products will be highly regarded

  • Experience working with distributors, retail partners or healthcare practitioner networks will be highly regarded

  • Ability to manage relationships with international suppliers, stakeholders and commercial partners

  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills

What We Offer

  • Salary of AUD 95,000 per annum plus statutory superannuation
