Position open @ Fairfield 2165 branch. Car & Licence essential.

We are looking for experienced and qualified onsite systems engineers with MSP exposure who want to join a dynamic company delivering services remotely and onsite. You must be flexible and committed to the role, the on-call work and the travels involved in delivering our services.

This is not a desk job, this role will immerse you in different environments and managing multiple technologies for global clients with knowledge in Data Centre systems, Telephony, Network Technologies, Virtualisation, Office365, Google, AWS cloud platforms.

Works will be done in Corporate Offices, Data Centers so a current criminal and police check must be provided.

MANDATORY:

  • Fluent English Written and Spoken

  • PR / Australia Citizens Only

  • Current Certifications - CCNA, Azure, MS/O365

  • Min 3 years Field Experience

  • Min 3 years MSP Experience

  • Licence and Car

  • On-call After Hours Onsite works - 1 week per month inc weekend

Daily Duties & Skills Include but are not limited to:

  • Managed Service Provider (MSP)

  • Rack and Stack in DC proficency

  • End User Computer support at client sites

  • OS support and troubleshooting experience

  • Windows Server

  • MS Active Directory and Exchange, Azure

  • Virtualisation – Vmware/Hyper V/Citrix

  • Backup management and maintenance

  • Supporting and ticketing work with our 365/24/7 GNOC - SolarWinds

  • Provide on-site, phone, email and remote support

  • Office365 cloud Migrations

  • CCNA / CCNP Related Tasks, also dealing with Juniper, Fortigate and Acronis products

  • Server and Desktop installations / Migrations.

  • Assist / Project Manage migrations (this includes after hours / weekend work)

  • On Call rotation with 4-hour onsite response

  • Be an effective team player and contributor

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Articulate and possessing excellent written and oral communication skills in English

  • Demonstrated experience in IT Networks and Data Centers

  • Rack, Stack,  Patching, Structured Cabling

  • Configs and troubleshooting

  • Understanding of systems and architectures

  • Demonstrated experience in Help Desk including break / fix

  • Effective Task and Time Management Skills
