We’re looking for a driven and organised Graduate Sales & Marketing Assistant to work directly with the founder of a growing SMSF and portfolio administration business. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership, build your skills quickly, and play a meaningful role in driving business growth.
About the Role
Updating and maintaining marketing materials
Booking appointments with qualified leads
Coordinating and participating in webinars and industry events
Preparing and distributing monthly client communications
Supporting adviser onboarding and ongoing training
Developing training manuals and resources
Acting as a link between clients, programmers, and admin team
Managing website updates and social media content
Entering and tracking leads in the CRM
About You
Positive and proactive with a strong can-do attitude
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
Highly organised with excellent time management
Able to work independently and take ownership
Resourceful and solutions-focused
Commercially aware and curious
Motivated by completing tasks and delivering outcomes
Qualifications & Experience
Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce, or related field
Exposure to accounting or financial planning environments
Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools (desirable)
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (advantageous)
