Are you a highly organised, proactive, and creative professional looking to build your career in real estate? We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our sales agents and marketing activities.

About the Role

As our Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating property marketing campaigns, supporting our agents, and ensuring the smooth delivery of marketing and client services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate property marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.

  • Prepare and manage property listings, brochures, signboards, and advertising materials.

  • Liaise with photographers, designers, media suppliers, and vendors.

  • Maintain and update CRM databases and sales records, experience using LockedON, REI Forms, Campaign Track preferred.

  • Assist with preparing sales documentation and marketing reports.

  • Manage social media content.

  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

  • Ensure all marketing activities are delivered accurately and on time.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

  • Attend Open for Inspections.

  • Attend Auctions as required.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in real estate administration, marketing, or a similar role.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate administration, marketing, or a similar role is required.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Experience with real estate specific CRM systems is required.

  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing campaign management is required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A positive attitude and professional presentation.

  • You must hold a Certificate of Registration or License.

  • Current Drivers License and Fully registered Vehicle.

  • Previous experience in a similar role.

  • Australian citizenship is required for this position.
