Job Description

We are looking for a tenacious, ambitious and diligent person to join our fun and hard working team in the growth of international brands CXIX (Apparel) and Hella Heels (Specialised High Heels) that are based across 3 continents (Australia, Europe, North America). Someone who will happily roll up their sleeves with the day to day marketing, then dominate the role to improve the visibility and reputation of the brands domestically and globally.

As a key player in a small team, you will actively drive the business forward. Duties & Responsibilities General Marketing:

Planning and executing the launch of collections and new products Conducting market research to identify opportunities and developing strategies that align with sales goals and marketing objectives Analysing consumer patterns to optimize marketing strategies and future campaigns for product promotion

Preparing regular reports on marketing initiatives' effectiveness, focusing on market penetration and product distribution Devising and presenting ideas and strategies Managing multiple marketing and distribution projects, including financial aspects, project scheduling, and ensuring timely completion

Assist the Director in ad-hoc marketing activity Handling the company’s Google Ads accounts Website upkeep e.g. product creation, descriptions, collection creation, changing and linking banners, updating the website navigation, SEO, and other miscellaneous website updates (training given)

Events & PR: Establishing relationships with key stakeholders in the Australian and global market Reach out and work with influencers aligned with collections designed

Manage collaborator and ambassador teams and create monthly reports Manage contractors, content creators, and ambassadors Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and prestige - awards, shows and catwalks

Manage sponsorship requests Australia market specific: Developing tailored marketing campaigns for the Australian market, emphasizing the business brand products

Ensuring marketing and promotional activities in Australia align with the business brand guidelines, highlighting the quality of products and their speciality Assist the Director in the planning and execution of photoshoots Assist with pop up shops / shows

Relevant Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience required Google ads experience, videography and photography skills and design skills a bonus (but not essential)
