Looking for a stable, hands-on role where you can combine customer service, order processing, sales support, and product knowledge in a fast-paced environment?

We’re hiring a Customer Sales & Technical Support team member to support our customers across enquiries, order processing, quoting, and product guidance. This role suits someone who enjoys helping customers, is commercially aware, and is comfortable working with technical products — particularly if you have hands-on experience with locksmith or security products.

This is a varied, front-line role working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate, efficient outcomes.

The Role

You’ll be a key contact for customers, managing enquiries, processing and coordinating customer orders, supporting sales activity, and providing product guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer enquiries, process orders and prepare quotes (phone & email)

  • Accurately enter, manage, and follow through customer orders from start to finish

  • Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Identify and follow up sales opportunities

  • Promote products and keep customers informed on offers and updates

  • Provide accurate product advice and support (training provided)

  • Work closely with internal teams and support external sales

  • Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally

About You

This role suits someone who enjoys working with customers but is equally comfortable handling high volumes of order processing accurately and consistently.

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach

  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Confident using ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office

  • Proactive and solution-focused

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with high order volumes

Highly regarded (but not essential):

⮞ Experience in the locksmith, security, or hardware industry
⮞ Hands-on product knowledge or technical aptitude
⮞ Experience using MYOB Acumatica and/or CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
