The Client:
  
Operating in 5 countries, our client entered the Australian market over 15 years ago and has had an incredible track record in medium - high density developments, and planned communities.
  
The Role:
  
Working in the Residential Communities and Home Building side of the business, this role will see you working on multiple projects and communities across Sydney. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering digital campaigns, social media, CRM, and content creation, while also supporting events, collateral, and day-to-day marketing activity to ensure strong engagement and results.
  
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, some of your duties will include:

• Supporting go-to-market campaigns
• Working with agencies
• Executing across digital channels including CRM and social
• Supporting lead generation and campaign optimisation
• Assisting with reporting and performance tracking

Specific requirements:

• Essential - 3+ years Real Estate Marketing experience (preferably from a developer or home-builder background)
• Demonstrated experience creating and implementing effective campaigns
• Event coordination & execution experience 
• Strong capability across digital channels and social media
• Ideally have a car / driver's license to allow travelling to site when required (not a prerequisite)
