  • Maintain cybersecurity hygiene by enforcing MFA, applying patches, identifying phishing attempts, and adhering to internal security policies.

  • Manage IT asset registers, hardware lifecycles, and software licensing to ensure accurate and compliant records.

  • Log and manage all incidents and service requests through the Service Desk system with clear and detailed documentation.

  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to coordinate escalations and specialised support when required.

  • Support technology rollouts and change initiatives, including device preparation, user support, and post-implementation assistance.

  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of knowledge base articles and internal IT documentation.

  • Ensure all activities align with ITIL practices, Change Management processes, and cybersecurity standards.

 What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in an IT support or service desk role.

  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices including MFA, endpoint protection, and phishing awareness.

  • Experience with Azure Active Directory, Exchange Admin Centre, SCCM, Microsoft 365/Intune, MDM platforms, and ITSM tools.

  • Practical understanding of business infrastructure, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft cloud services.

  • Strong customer service focus with clear communication skills and the ability to engage with users at all levels.

  • Proactive, organised, and hands-on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
