The Opportunity

This is a newly created role at the centre of how technology gets delivered across Light Building Products in Australia. Based in our Prospect office and reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery across a diverse operational environment, partnering with the business, FletcherTech and external vendors to make sure technology is reliable, fit for purpose and delivering real outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-to-large-scale technology initiatives, managing plans, dependencies, risks, resources and successful handover into business-as-usual.
Own regional service delivery performance, helping create a stable, responsive and well-managed technology environment for the business.
Coordinate major incident response and recovery when required, bringing calm, structure and clear communication when it matters most.
Work across internal teams, FletcherTech and external partners to keep delivery moving, roles clear and accountability strong.
Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums on delivery progress, risks, issues and priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve how technology is delivered across the division, with scope to shape processes, standards and ways of working.

What You'll Bring

Around five years’ experience in technology delivery, project management, service delivery or a similar role where you’ve owned outcomes in complex environments.
A track record of delivering through ambiguity, balancing operational realities with project commitments and competing stakeholder needs.
Strong stakeholder skills with the ability to build credibility across business leaders, technical teams and delivery partners.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain or another operationally intensive environment will be highly valued.
A background in an enterprise IT function, managed services environment or technology provider would translate well.
A practical, accountable and delivery-focused approach, you know how to move work forward while improving the way things are done.
