Delivery Driver & Team Support

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver & Team Support team member to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working with their hands, and helping customers. You’ll be responsible for delivering and collecting mobility equipment and hire products, while also supporting the warehouse and shop operations when required.

Accuracy, care, and providing a great customer experience are key parts of this role.

As part of our team, you will help ensure customers receive their equipment safely, correctly, and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Deliveries & equipment handling

• Picking and checking delivery items before leaving the warehouse

• Loading vans and securing goods safely for transport

• Delivering mobility equipment and hire products to customers

• Assisting with delivery and collection of medical furniture including beds, chairs and hoists

• Supporting customers with basic equipment placement where required

• Completing delivery documentation accurately

• Using company software on an iPad or mobile phone to manage deliveries

Warehouse & operational support

• Assisting with shop and warehouse restocking

• Preparing hire equipment for delivery

• Maintaining clean and organised vans, warehouse and work areas

• Supporting the team with general warehouse and operational tasks

• Current valid driver’s licence

• Reliable, punctual and organised

• Physically capable of lifting and moving mobility equipment and furniture

• Comfortable using software on a phone or iPad

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Friendly and professional when interacting with customers

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Previous delivery, warehouse or customer service experience is preferred

• Varied role combining driving, customer service and warehouse work
