• Plan, schedule, and supervise print production operations

• Manage production teams including press operators, bindery staff, and finishing personnel

• Monitor workflow to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

• Coordinate with sales, design, prepress, and clients regarding job specifications

• Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor resources

• Troubleshoot production issues and equipment problems

• Implement quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain workplace safety and compliance with industry regulations

• Monitor inventory levels for paper, ink, plates, and consumables

• Prepare production reports and track KPIs such as turnaround time, waste, and efficiency

• Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and best practices

• Manage vendor relationships and equipment servicing schedules
