Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to support the growth and day-to-day performance of our global online channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, data, and commercial thinking. You will help manage website content, digital campaigns, email marketing, reporting, e-commerce operations, and ongoing optimisation across multiple regions.
Reporting to the Global Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager, you will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day management of our digital marketing and e-commerce activity, including website management, email marketing, digital campaigns, reporting, content coordination and e-commerce operations. You will help ensure our websites are performing effectively, campaigns are delivered on time, reporting is accurate and insightful, and our customer experience is smooth, engaging and commercially strong.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day optimisation of our websites, including product pages, banners, content blocks, reviews, checkout flow and customer experience.
Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly and launch reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, SEMrush and paid media platforms, ensuring reports are accurate, timely and provide clear insights.
Create, manage and implement EDM campaigns and automated workflows across regions, including building, testing, scheduling and reporting on performance.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and drive CRM database growth by identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and ongoing optimisation.
Coordinate and implement digital campaigns, promotions, product launches and content updates across websites and online channels, ensuring activity is delivered accurately, on time and aligned with the digital marketing calendar.
Manage affiliate and referral program activity, including partner coordination and performance tracking.
Coordinate e-commerce operations including inventory updates, stock transfers, customer service support and month-end invoices.
Support paid social and search activity by coordinating content and creative assets, briefing the agency, managing campaign timelines and reviewing performance reporting to support ongoing optimisation.
Coordinate digital creative and content requirements with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
Monitor website performance, SEO, traffic, digital marketing KPIs, competitor activity and broader marketplace trends, sharing insights, recommendations and opportunities with the wider team.
Use approved AI tools to spark new ideas, support content creation, improve campaign planning and make everyday workflows more efficient, sharing useful learnings and new approaches with the team.
Requirements
You are organised, curious and commercially minded, with a strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce. You enjoy working across multiple tasks, learning new platforms and contributing ideas to improve performance.
You will ideally have:
Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, online retail or a related role.
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Working knowledge of Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
Experience using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar reporting tools.
Understanding of EDM platforms, campaign workflows, and email marketing best practice.
Exposure to paid social, paid search, SEO, affiliates, and referral programs.
Good written communication skills.
The ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest ideas, test improvements, and optimise performance.
