We are seeking an experienced AI Technology & Software Development Specialist to lead the design and development of a next-generation platform that combines a Point of Sale (POS) system with an Employment and Workplace Management System.

You will work directly with the founders to develop a cloud-based software platform that integrates:

• POS and payment systems

• Employee management

• Rostering and payroll integration

• Customer relationship management (CRM)

• Consent forms and compliance tracking

• Business intelligence dashboards

• AI-powered forecasting and reporting

The goal is to create a smarter system that identifies problems before they happen and provides business owners with real-time recommendations.

• Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications.

• Build AI tools that identify errors and business inefficiencies.

• Create automated reporting dashboards for sales, wages and profitability.

• Develop AI models to improve rostering and staffing levels.

• Build forecasting tools that predict revenue and labour costs.

• Integrate Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify and marketing platforms into a central dashboard.

• Develop alerts for unusual business activity and operational risks.

• Improve automation to reduce manual processes across the business.

• Work with management to develop new software features and long-term technology strategy.

• Experience developing SaaS platforms or enterprise software.

• Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning applications.

• Experience with cloud-based software architecture.

• API integration experience.

• Mobile and web application development.

• Database design and analytics.

• Experience with POS, payroll or workforce management systems is highly regarded.

• Strong problem-solving and commercial thinking skills.
