Become the face of safety and customer care. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every person who enters the centre feels safe, welcome, and supported.

What You’ll Do

This is more than a security role — it’s a position with purpose, responsibility, and impact.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a strong and professional security presence while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Supporting tenants, guests, visitors, and staff in a professional and approachable manner
  • Conducting proactive foot patrols, safety inspections, and maintaining situational awareness across the site
  • Operating and monitoring the Control Room, including CCTV surveillance, alarm monitoring, radio communications, and incident coordination
  • Managing access control systems and responding efficiently to client and tenant requests
  • Responding confidently and effectively to incidents, emergencies, alarms, evacuations, and critical situations
  • Performing Chief Warden duties during emergencies, including coordinating evacuations, communicating with emergency services, and ensuring site safety procedures are followed
  • Building strong working relationships with retail partners, contractors, emergency services, and centre management
  • Completing accurate incident reports, emergency logs, and daily activity reports using digital reporting systems
  • Maintaining a high standard of professionalism, presentation, communication, and operational readiness at all times

What You’ll Bring

To succeed with Assetlink, you’ll need:

  • A valid NSW Full Security Licence
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional presentation and confidence dealing with the public
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
