Become the face of safety and customer care. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every person who enters the centre feels safe, welcome, and supported.

What You’ll Do

This is more than a security role — it’s a position with purpose, responsibility, and impact.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Providing a strong and professional security presence while delivering exceptional customer service
Supporting tenants, guests, visitors, and staff in a professional and approachable manner
Conducting proactive foot patrols, safety inspections, and maintaining situational awareness across the site
Operating and monitoring the Control Room, including CCTV surveillance, alarm monitoring, radio communications, and incident coordination
Managing access control systems and responding efficiently to client and tenant requests
Responding confidently and effectively to incidents, emergencies, alarms, evacuations, and critical situations
Performing Chief Warden duties during emergencies, including coordinating evacuations, communicating with emergency services, and ensuring site safety procedures are followed
Building strong working relationships with retail partners, contractors, emergency services, and centre management
Completing accurate incident reports, emergency logs, and daily activity reports using digital reporting systems
Maintaining a high standard of professionalism, presentation, communication, and operational readiness at all times

What You’ll Bring

To succeed with Assetlink, you’ll need:

A valid NSW Full Security Licence
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional presentation and confidence dealing with the public
Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
Full working rights in Australia
