Product Support Manager – Tana AustraliaMt Kuring‑Gai, NSW • Full‑time • Leadership RoleAre you a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced service environment? Tana Australia is seeking an experienced Product Support Manager to lead our service and parts operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive Tana Australia’s aftermarket sales operations and workshop efficiency, support a skilled technical team, and ensure our customers receive exceptional after‑sales service and spare parts support. Your ResponsibilitiesAs product Support Manager, you will oversee the end‑to‑end performance of the service workshop, yard, and spare parts operations. You will: · Oversee daily service operations including scheduling, preventative maintenance, major repairs, and rental fleet readiness.· Oversee spare parts operations including inventory control, stock accuracy, supplier coordination, and timely fulfilment of customer and workshop parts requirements.· Visit customers and sell aftermarket products and services to customers, ensuring we meet our budget targets.· Drive operational efficiency by monitoring job costing, approvals, invoicing accuracy, and overall service and parts profitability.· Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, technical support, and high service standards.· Ensure compliance across safety, warranty processes, technical documentation, and workshop/yard/parts store presentation standards.· Manage and develop service and parts personnel, including performance, training, and workforce planning.· Lead and foster a positive, high‑performance culture aligned with company values and Code of Conduct.· Instil a safety first mind-set within the support and parts departments. About YouYou are an organised, commercially minded leader who can balance people leadership with operational execution. You bring:· Proven leadership experience in service environments within heavy machinery, heavy equipment, waste management, or automotive industries.· A mechanical engineering (preferred) or business related qualification, with the ability to provide hands‑on technical support when required. · A collaborative leadership style that drives accountability and leads by example.· Strong operational capability in workshop management, job flow, and parts supply.· Practical problem‑solving skills and diagnostic know‑how.· Sound commercial understanding, including cost control, productivity, inventory management, and financial performance.· Willingness to travel.
