Job: - AI Infrastructure & Data Engineer - (Must have Baseline Clearance, NV1 Preferred) Duration: - 12 Months (Possible Extension) Location: - Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne (Hybrid)We are looking for an experienced AI Infrastructure & Data Engineer for one of the government organisations, who will build and maintains the heavy-duty data pipelines and cloud environments that allow AI models to run fast, securely, and at scale for an upcoming project.Required SkillsDemonstrated experience in distributing data pipelines & stream processing via Apache Spark, Kafka, and Airflow.Demonstrated experience in enterprise architecture design deployment across AWS (SageMaker), Azure AI, and GCP (Vertex AI).Experience in high-scale vector database management utilizing Pinecone, Milvus, and QdrantExperience in automated cloud provisioning and continuous integration using Terraform and Ansible.Experience in microservices deployment, packaging, and horizontal scaling with Docker and KubernetesExtensive experience in production-grade programming in Python, Scala, Java, and Advanced SQL optimizationSecurity ClearanceCandidates must be able to obtain NV1 Security Clearance.Contract DetailsWorking arrangements: - (Hybrid)Contract length up to 12 months with up to a maximum of 2 × 6 months potential extensions.
