The Opportunity We currently have an opportunity for a Team Assistant (Administration Assistant) to join our Sydney office on a full time, permanent basis. Our Team Assistants work closely with legal staff and Practice Executives to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance. This is a fantastic opportunity if you have a keen interest in developing your legal administrative career and are looking to expand your current administrative skill set within the legal industry. You will be provided full training and our Team Leaders will support you in developing and growing your career as part of our legal support operations team. Resilience, with the ability to thrive and effectively work with continuous change, challenging stakeholders and tight deadlines. A methodical approach, with high levels of attention to detail. A willingness to demonstrate flexibility, and adjust priorities or working hours when necessary. An excellent level of technical ability in Microsoft programs, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
