AYAN InfoTech is looking for Technical Business Analyst to join an exciting project based in Melbourne / Sydney. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.

Role: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Melbourne / Sydney
Contract Duration: 6 to 12 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams, supporting the migration of supply chain applications to modern, cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and define business and technical requirements for cloud migration
  • Work with stakeholders to map current (as-is) vs future (to-be) architecture
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Support API definitions, integration mappings, and data models
  • Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
  • Define acceptance criteria and support UAT
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and migration impacts
  • Support alignment with modernisation goals (automation, scalability, real-time data)
  • Strong BA experience in technology transformation / cloud migration
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and microservices
  • Experience in Agile delivery models
  • Domain exposure to Supply Chain / Claims systems preferred
  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
