About the Role
At Magna Constructions Pty Ltd, we don’t just manage claims, we help people rebuild after unexpected events. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration professional to join our Kirrawee team in a full-time role at the centre of a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being the go-to support person, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in supporting our Case Managers, Supervisors, and wider team, keeping communication flowing and operations on track.
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team and to external stakeholders
Manage high-volume inboxes and phone lines with confidence and efficiency
Respond to enquiries from clients, customers, and contractors (both inbound and outbound)
Assist with processing new claims, including triaging make safes and booking site attendances
Update and maintain job information across internal systems and client portals
Ensure all claim activity records are accurate, detailed, and up to date
Coordinate and manage communications between clients, customers, and contractors
Work within structured KPIs in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who brings energy, precision, and a calm head under pressure:
2–3 years’ experience in administration or customer service (construction or insurance highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately at pace
Confident communicator who can build rapport with a range of stakeholders
Comfortable navigating systems, software, and claims platforms
A team player who takes initiative and solves problems before they escalate
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
