Legal Secretary - Workers Compensation

The Role 

I am are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary or Paralegal to join a well-established Workers Compensation team in a full-time, office-based role.

This is a unique 1:1 support position working closely with a Special Counsel offering the opportunity to be heavily involved in the day-to-day management of matters within a supportive and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support to Special Counsel
• Managing files from inception through to resolution
• Preparation of legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and external stakeholders
• Diary and workflow management
• General administrative and paralegal support

About You:

• 2 years' experience in Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, or Insurance law
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and strong document formatting skills
• Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
