Skills & Experience

You will be a Defendant Insurance Lawyer at the 3 year level and specialise in health law.

Your new role
  
Will see you join the Australian Sydney offices of this global firm defending complex professional negligence claims across a range of medical and allied health specialties. 

Act on behalf of various healthcare providers during coronial inquests and disciplinary proceedings.   Defend claims in state and federal courts on behalf of a wide range of insureds, including aged care/disability support providers, public and private hospitals, a range of medical practitioners including VMOs/specialists, nurses, occupiers of commercial premises, hoteliers, local councils, security companies, a variety of construction contractors and subcontractors, licensed venues, fitness centres, sporting organisations, schools, religious institutions, managing agents and commercial cleaners.
