We have a new and amazing Insurance Administration opportunity to join an amazing firm based in Tuggerah with 2 days WFH available.

This is an opportunity that will allow you to grow and develop into a professional Insurance Underwriter over time and this firm have an excellent training and development program

Some of the key responsibilities are;

  • To provide Admin support to the team and get involved with the renewal process

  • Prepare, format and issue documentation

  • Identify any discrepancies and report them to the Underwriting team

  • Maintain accurate data entry across all systems ensuring accuracy at all times

  • Document management and record keeping

  • Handling calls from stakeholders such as Brokers and ensuring the highest level of service is maintained

  • High quality professional email correspondence

  • Some office stationary management

  • Coordinate team meetings and company events

  • Assist with Broker onboarding processes

We are are looking for someone with the following traits;

  • Service Focus and drive to exceed   

  • Quality driven with a high sense of urgency  

  • High Self-Management skills: Adaptability, Professionalism,

  • Proactive approach to work

  • Drive for continuous learning

  • High standards of organisational ability, communication - ability to build rapport with ease with clients and stakeholders

Insurance experience is a bonus but we are definitely open to consider people without Insurance experience that have worked in a professional services background that would like an opportunity like this
